Natacha Denis, Founder

After moving over from Europe as a child, Natacha observed the impact environments had on their distinct communities. As she was born with an affinity towards the arts, an observation and an inclination transformed into a design practice.

The practice began as an emotive 2D visual arts exploration and later expanded into an interactive, 3D Architectural Master. The discipline created a bridge between the imaginary and the present moment, bringing together design evolution and the multi-faceted, global environment we interact with in our daily lives.

With a desire to learn from a Master of the craft, Natacha moved to the Aspen Valley in Colorado to begin an apprenticeship under Mentor Cristof Eigelberger at Eigelberger Architecture and Design. During this time there was an exploration of the Mountain Modern Vernacular integrated with High-end homes and the innovative ideology of the Aspen community. After completing her Architectural mentorship, Cristof provided Natacha with an opportunity to collaborate with a long-time client on a Tuscan Transitional Villa nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains.

With this foundation, ESTATE Architecture, LLC was established in Sarasota, Florida. Following the recent completion of the Architectural Registration program, the company will be diving deeper into Residential design, including Architecture and Interior services for New Construction and Remodel work. Within a rich design context founded on the Sarasota School of Architecture and its Bauhaus roots, Natacha has the opportunity to reconnect with the Design Philosophies explored in Graduate school at the University of Colorado, Denver Campus while continuing to refine her creative expression in the transitional language.
