After moving to Atlanta from Antwerp as a child, Natacha observed the impact environments had on their distinct communities. As she was born with an affinity towards the arts, an observation and an inclination transformed into a design practice.

The practice began as an emotive 2D visual arts exploration and later expanded into an interactive, 3D Architectural Master at The University of Colorado in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The discipline created a bridge between the emotive and the present moment, bringing together conceptual design and the multi-faceted, global environment we interact with in our daily lives.

With a desire to learn from a Master of the craft, Natacha moved to the Aspen Valley in Colorado to begin an apprenticeship under Mentor Cristof Eigelberger at Eigelberger Architecture and Design. During this time there was an exploration of the Mountain Modern Vernacular integrated with High-end homes and the innovative ideology of the Aspen community. After completing her Architectural mentorship, Cristof provided Natacha with an opportunity to join the California office in Los Angeles until she moved back to the South-East in 2022.

At this time ESTATE Architecture was founded in Sarasota in by Architect Natacha Denis. The coastal environment and Architectural School of Sarasota has been a large source of inspiration for the company as well as reconnecting with familiar roots around the South East and Internationally. The company has become a vessel for intellectual and creative pursuits and represents a continued commitment to developing a 10 year journey into a lifelong passion.
